- Preparing lists of graduates’ names and data and sending them to the Central Alumni Department (Certificates Editing Section) to edit the original graduation certificates.
- Preparing lists of the names of the new graduates and their grade average for each department for the issuance of the ministerial decision by University President.
- Issuing graduation certificates for old graduates and recent graduates.
- Issuance of certificates of appreciation.
- Making a statistic of graduates, male and female, with the grade for each department separately.
- Make a statement of the first graduates with all their data, addresses and phone numbers.
- Receiving the original graduation certificates after editing them from University’s Alumni Department and reviewing the edited data and making sure that there are no mistakes, and then accrediting them from Faculty dean, University president.
- Writing these certificates in the graduate registry to be handed over to graduates.
- Procedures of accreditation of temporary and original certificates.
