Prof. Ahmed Ghalab Mohamed_ President of Aswan University, confirmed that the number of researchers enrolled in postgraduate studies (Master – PHD) in Aswan University has increased significantly in the recent period, in addition to the presence of 400 researchers from the Arab countries in the postgraduate level in university faculties, and that leads to the rise of Aswan  University ranking as the world’s top 300 university in terms of sustainable development according to the British Times where we achieved recently to the best 300 universities on the level of the world in the sustainable development according to the british times ranking. And that During the opening of Prof.Ahmed Ghallab Mohamed –Aswan University President of the events of young researchers’ conference for encouraging the scientific research and promoting the ranking of the university globally, andit will continue for three days in attendance of Prof.Ayman Othman –Vice President for Graduate Studies and Researches Affairs, Prof .Hanan Abdel- Moneim Awad –Vice President for Education and Students Affairs,Prof. Abdel- Rahman Abdul Basset- Acting Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development, Prof. Mohamed Abdel- Aziz Orabi-Vice President of the Conference.
Ghallab added the conference discusses 55 different types of research in the different Sciences of (Health – Medical – Humanities – Social – Information Technology), these researches will be estimated and the best 3 of them will be awarded financial prizes.
Prof. Ayman Othman confirmed that the conference is considering a great chance for researcheres to present their different researches, present them to the community and communicate with businessmen to benefit from these researches into reality.
He confirmed that Egyptian Young Researchers have a lot of capacity and capability and with a little of interest and support they can raise the name of Egypt to be among advanced countries technologically; Prof. Mohamed Abdel- Aziz Orabi pointed to the opening of the fifth conference for the students of Faculty of Engineering in Upper Egypt entitled” Upper Egypt at the Scene” in conjunction with the opening of young researches’ conference with the participation of 500 students ,this conference includes two competitions of the construction of bridges and robots, moreover the opening of engineering exhibition on the margin of this conference which includes a lot of thoughts and new engineering projects.
