Faculty of Dar Al Uloom intends to spread societal and environmental awareness among Academic staff and Faculty students through:
♦ Holding an introductory seminar to new students, to clarify the nature of the faculty and the fields in which a graduate of Dar Al Uloom can work.
♦ Holding awareness seminars and workshops to identify societal needs and problems such as literacy and adult education, and continuing to conclude joint cooperation agreements and protocols with different parts of society, such as the literacy protocol in cooperation with the Adult Education Authority in Aswan Governorate.
♦ Holding seminars and workshops dealing with confronting violence and bullying, counteract the drug phenomenon, as well as confronting the mutating coronavirus and how to reduce its infection.
♦ Training students on various skills with civil society institutions, such as participating in celebrations and national holidays and voluntary participation in public service and social activities, in order to deepen the students’ sense of responsibility and loyalty towards the homeland.
♦ Taking care of students with special needs, and studying their needs, in support of the university’s role in community service and environment development.
♦ Holding a religious awareness symposium for students entitled (For what sin she was killed?).
♦ A delegation of Academic staff visited the Oncology Institute in Aswan.
♦ Holding a charitable exhibition at the faculty entitled (Al-Dar Darak) to distribute clothes, shoes and bags to students and employees who are incapable for free.
♦ Contribution of Faculty employees to literacy over the past years.
