The 11th International Conference on Narratology will be held Entitled “Arabic Literature Environments” from 23-24 March 2019, at Aswan University.
It includes the following topics: Arabic literature in Egypt and the Nile Valley, Arabic literature in Maghreb, Arabic literature in the Levant and Iraq, Arabic literature in the Arabia, Arabic literature outside the Arab world, Literary Theories, Comparative Literature.
The conference is held under patronage of presidents of the two universities: Suez Canal and Aswan, and in cooperation between the Egyptian Association for Narratology Studies, that its headquarter in Faculty of Arts at Suez Canal University, and Faculty of Dar Al Uloom at Aswan University, and headed by Prof. Abdel-Rahim Al-Kurdi_ President of the Egyptian Association for narratology Studies, Prof. Farid Abdel-Zaher_ Faculty of Dar Al Uloom Dean, Aswan University.
In this context, the Egyptian Society for Narratology Studies announces organizing a competition for the best unpublished novel or short story collection.
The submitted work is required to: It must be an innovative work in the classical Arabic language. It must not have been previously published. The owner shall not have obtained any other award.
