Management Information system Unit organizes a workshop for students’ affairs in University Faculties from (11 to 12/4/2018) under supervision of Dr/ Mohammed Eid _Manager of (MIS) Unit, the Lecturers were (Eng/ Reem Yousrey – Aml Yassin – Habiba Mahmoud), the workshop aims at activating Students’ affairs system in University Faculties electronically in order to work by MIS system that students results will be displayed electronically from the system directly.

The Arab Universities Union headed by Secretary-General and Assistant Secretary-General of the union selected Prof/ Ahmed Ghallab Mohammed_ Aswan University President, among a delegation of Arab Universities Union to visit Sudan country to negotiate with Sudanese Universities Presidents in preparation for its return to the Arab Universities Union again, that Sudanese Universities are a major part of Arab and African Universities. And the return of the heads of Sudanese universities to the Arab Universities Union as what connect the Arab and African peoples of common historical relations and customs, traditions, and cultures in the African continent.  

Prof. Farid Abdel-Zaher_ Faculty dean and General coordinator of Aswan University for foreign embassies_ visited The Korean Embassy to participate in national day celebration of Korea and search ways between Aswan University and Korean universities in various fields and search in different languages and cultures to achieve mutual cooperation between Aswan University and the state of Korea and working on student exchange on level of The Korean and Egyptian Universities.

Prof. Ahmed Ghallab Mohammed _Aswan University president_ inspects Faculties of Dar Al-Uloom, Law and Alsun in University Headquarters in Aswan University City, He was accompanied with Prof. Farid Abdel-Zaher_ Faculty of Dar Al-Uloom dean_ and Prof. Mostafa Kamel_ Faculty of Law dean to inspect Educational Process after beginning of study and assurance on providing transport means for  students, University president attended opening the eighth session of football which was held in Aswan new city for the first time.

Aswan University headed by Prof / Ahmed Ghallab Mohammed _University President_ participated in the 2^nd Conference of Strategic Planning for Entrepreneurship which organized by Arab Entrepreneurs Union from 25 to 26 October in Alexandria Library, University president confirmed on the importance of participation in the international scientific conferences from which we acquire experiences in scientific and applied fields, especially this conferences that participate in it scientific and educational institutions and global universities from all the world which contribute in developing teaching and learning systems in various universities of the world. Prof. Ayman Othman_ Vice president for graduate studies and scientific research_ added that the aim of participation in this conference to Stimulate and train university youth on entrepreneurship and managing the small and medium enterprises and working on exchanging experiences of others to Aswan University and train Staff members and their assistants to this international and scientific conferences. Prof/ Ahmed Sayed Khalil _Vice president for society service and environment development_ said that a delegation from Aswan University presented experiences and ideas in field of entrepreneurship. The Conference management honored the official delegation of university for their contributions in entrepreneurship field and projects management. The head of delegation invited to hold the third edition of this conference in Aswan University 2018.
