In frame of the scientific research and in believing of the importance of citation in the scientific theses, Aswan University in cooperation with Information center and Communications network in the university announces the steps of citation checkup of scientific research and according to what approved by Supreme council of graduate studies and research, taking into account the citation rate 25% as a maximum in the scientific subject so the following steps should be followed:

• Presenting an accredited request from Faculty dean to Information Center and communication network in Aswan University, indicating the number of researches to be examined
• Paying the checkup fees which its value 100 pounds for one research in Information center and communication Network in University Headquarter in Sahary( University administration Building _Second Floor)
• The researches should be sent as (PDF) with a copy of payment stub and the accredited request from faculty dean to E-mail of the Digital Library (library@aswu.edu.eg)
• The center will send the report to the digital library of the supreme council of Universities which sends it to the scientific committee.
