The Islamic World Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (ICESCO), in cooperation with Naif Arab University for Security Sciences, is organizing an international symposium entitled:

 “Publishing and Security: The Role of the Publishing Industry in Promoting Social Awareness and Intellectual Security”, to be held at ICESCO Headquarters in Rabat, Kingdom of Morocco, on April 22–23, 2026.

The main themes of the symposium are as follows:

* Publishing and intellectual security.

* Publishing and misinformation.

* Digital publishing and information security.

* Institutional publishing in the security context.

* The role of national and digital libraries.

* The role of security agencies.

* Policies and legislation related to responsible publishing.

Please note that the deadline for submitting abstracts and CVs is November 1, 2025, and the list of accepted participants will be announced on December 1, 2025.
