The Youth Care Department at Aswan University announces the organization of a Cycling race for male and female students next Thursday, corresponding to 19/12/2024 at ten am at the university headquarters in Sahari, and (4 male students + 4 female students) from each faculty will participate, noting that a transport vehicle will be provided at the gathering point on the same day in front of Al-Salam Park next to the governorate at 9:00 am, for students wishing to participate with their personal bicycles.

Note: The gathering in Sahari is at 9:30 am, next to the clock.

The Military Education administration announces the general instructions of the military education course which is held from 13/4/2024 to 25/4/2024.

General instructions for the course:

1- The course will be held for two weeks, starting on Saturday, 13^rd April 2024.

2- The first day is an administrative day, whereas the course students will gather on Saturday at 8 o’clock at Faculty of Engineering in Abo Al-rish to review the transcripts and organizing the students, then attendance in the amphitheatre to announce the course program and distribute research.

3- Starting from the next day, the fitness queue and lecture timings will be adhered to according to the program from 8 am to 2 pm.

4- The dress code: a blue shirt and jeans, and the general appearance (haircut 3 above 1 side – chin) must be adhered to from the first day, as well as (not wearing inappropriate shoes) and not wearing any accessories on the hands or neck, as well as not wearing inappropriate clothes (cut off trousers or skinny jeans pants or something similar) to ensure that the course is not cancelled.

5- Be disciplined during the course period, as well as adhere to timings, especially the fitness queue, as being late for the fitness queue is deducted from the attendance grades and half a day of absence is counted.

6- All students accepted into the course must verify their name and series through the registration website

7- All students must maintain the card and serial number, as they will be dealt with during the course.

Cases of course cancellation:-

1- Absence from the course for a full day.

2- Absence more than 2 fitness queues.

3- Irregularity in lectures.

4- Talking inappropriately to the lecturer or one of the lecturer’s assistants.

5- Quarrel with a colleague.

6- Using a mobile phone for any reason during lectures.

7- Failing the final exam.

8- Failing to discuss the research assigned to the student, which will be submitted on paper and discussed according to the groups (10) students for each research.
