♦ The study takes place in two semesters.
♦ The student studies three compulsory courses and one elective course each semester. The student chooses the elective subjects from among the courses offered in other departments of the Faculty. The Department Council may change the elective subjects at the beginning of each academic year.
♦ Number of program hours (24 credit hours), (12 hours) per semester.
♦ The duration of one semester (17 weeks), including four weeks for registration, deletion, addition, and exam.
♦ The student registers a doctoral dissertation and passes the courses of the two semesters.
♦ The student is prohibited from taking the final exam, and the grades for the year’s work (if any) in the course in which he does not attend 70% of the total lectures are canceled, provided that the course professor issues a warning to him if his absence rate reaches 10%. He is also prohibited from entering the second round.
