Conditions for admission to postgraduate studies

(Diplomas – Masters – PhD)

 

1-The applicant must pass the oral interview to find out student’s fitness for admission in the desired specialty.

2- The number required to be admitted to the Faculty is nominated from the testers, starting from the highest degrees and ending with completing the number.

3- The applicant who want to enroll in postgraduate studies, he should fulfills the conditions for registration and fulfills all the required documents specified by the Department of Postgraduate Studies and Research at the Faculty.

4- The prescribed fees must be paid before the deadline for registration.

5- Applying for enrollment on the date set by the Faculty Council every year, and applications are not accepted after that date except by a special decision of the Faculty Council.

6- The student should indicate his position on the recruitment, provided that he is permanently exempt from military service, or a temporary exemption that is valid for at least two years from the date of the start of the study, or that he has performed military service, and this condition does not apply to Teaching assistants.

7-Fulfilling any requirements set by the relevant department council.

8- Student must continue to pay the prescribed fees throughout the years of study, and the fees will not be refunded after the end of the deadline for registration.
