The student is transferred from the batch in which he is enrolled to the next batch if he succeeds in all the courses or fails in no more than two courses from his batch or from a lower batch in this case the student will perform the exam with the students of the batches in which the course is studies.
During the month of October of each year, a second round exam is held for students of the final batch who have failed in no more than two courses from their batch or from a lower batch , if they fail again, they will perform an exam in what they failed in with the students of the semester in which the course is taught.
The grade average of the student’s success for each year is calculated according to the grades obtained, taking into account that his grade is not more than pass in the course in which he previously failed or was absent without an acceptable excuse.
If he was absent with an acceptable excuse, the grade of the success he obtained shall be calculated for him.
The student’s success in study courses in the grade average is estimated by one of the following grades:
- Excellent 90% or more of the total grades.
- Very good, from 80% to less than 90% of the total grades.
- Good from 65% to less than 80% of the total grades.
- Pass from 50% to less than 65% of the total grades.
- A student’s failure is calculated by one of the following:
- Poor grade from 35% to less than 50% of the total grades.
- Very poor grade, less than 35% of the total grades.
